Task the online drones on repairing the offline drones.
Use a drone and our on-board sensors to get an idea what we've landed on/in and what kind of damage the main probe has sustained.
Use any remaining processing power to try to fix our reactor control systems.

Do we have any sort of scout/sensor drone? We should try to figure out what we've got around here to work with.  Especially metals, nuclear fuel, and water.

How big are we?

1. Possible, but is probably not extremely efficient.
2. Possible, but extremely hard. Keeping a Ceres mass black hole compressed is extremely hard, as you are beyond it's critical mass. You'd need to pump energy into it to keep it compressed.

Besides other than the first those machines are basically maintained by godly AI's who are suppose to beyond human comprehension, and the reactionless drive is not nearly the most improbable thing on that site so far these two take the cake:

Note that these things work with a multistage replication. The main probe can make the repair and maintenance bots, as well as other parts. These can then be assembled into a new ship by the maintenance bots. There's no replication system.

I've read tv tropes, and so I get it.

Also, most of your systems are Osha compliant. Their just not working.

Run a diagnostic to figure out why our systems aren't working, hopefully finding the reactor at some point in the process.

Just so you know Morrigi (nice reference) I was being serious, I just meant bring up the manufacturer to minimum capcity, but while we're at it search for any sort of spare parts store however unlikely.
