Are there any asteroids in the system? An asteroid belt would be ideal. With planets and moons we'd need to achieve escape velocity to leave the area but asteroids are easy and they usually have readily accessible metals.

There are asteroid belts, unfortunately your limited fuel supplies are not sufficient to get you there in a reasonable time frame. There' also the belt around planet 3, caused by a "recent" collision

2600 km diameter moon shouldn't have that high escape velocity. And it will provide is with lot of resources and solar power

Plant 2, Plant 3's debris field, or Planet 2's moon would all probably have plenty of iron and such to build a good size swarm of new probes, but what about fuel?  We know the planets both have water (which could be easily converted broken down and used as fuel), but what about the moon?  It might not have any water.  Earth's moon is pretty dry, after all. What would we used for fuel if we landed there?
