That indeed was highly amendable, but it may have had something to do with an invader, alo since armok refuses to reply, I'm gonna post anyway, today or omorrow, or the day after tht, just to be sure

Well since I'dlike more players and since this is a game based on multipl projcts even from outside and as i told armok there is still a hundred years left, you can either take controll of an exsisting race that isn't being played, or you can introduce anoter groups project.

The Kalkara is the name of that race.  The Karlask are what were modified into the Vorglockie.  I think that it would be best the Rhyme took control of the Hamriel for two reasons.  One, the GM is currently controlling this race, so no players will be angered.  Two, it is on it's own planet so there would not be interference in the plans of other players.

They appeared around the time the ark launched off from the colony and jumped into hyperspace.

Ok, after all that I've read, the Hamriel will do the following:
They will try to expand while respecting the local population and will try to build underwater cities, difficult to detect from outside the planet as bunkers and research centres
