Too many 2's can kill you. I've actually been a wee bit more lax with them, in the previous game I kept a rough rule of two 2's being fatal, or often even leaving a wound untreated. Esoteric circumstances apply as well; you could succeed an action and still die for various reasons- not that that really applies to your case, but just to say that dice rules aren't hard and fast (end err in favor of you dying).

Funny enough, if you roll a 1 now, a roll of 2 the next turn will kill you (2-1=1 and for real this time). So it's not unlike rolling a 2, really.

Do you mean any opponent in particular? Because the one you were shooting at earlier died. Or do I have to roll for which person you attack again?

(As a side note, I kind of feel like three turns is a bit short...)

It is indeed possible for a god action to change the 'three turns' rule.
