destroy any external communication devices.

consider flooding the ship with pollen dust, we will lost the drone, but not any soldiers.

this really depends how much we want heavy armor.

Primary Objective: Black out Bipedal Communication.

I doubt flooding the ship with dust would help, we only have so much of it and having their materials to examine would be helpful.

You order the NavDrones to scan the Landship for active communications and computers. We sense that all long-distance communications are completely offline, but that several computers are functioning. The Drones rapidly break through the firewalls, and project an image on screen.

The first shows Bipeds on their knees before an image of You, weapons visibly cast aside. It is followed by several shots of what You presume is a happy, well-fed Biped under ideal light conditions, living in a form of luxury, as well as several more developed Bipeds operating upon Biped corpses as Drones mind them. The second image shows what You would do without co-operation - breaching the ship, incapacitating the survivors, and the remainder being chained and flayed.

Silence. Muted sounds of gunfire from within the ship. Finally, the hatch opens, and a bloodstained white cloth comes out, waving back and forth. You are unsure as to the meaning of this, and order the Drones to repeat the signal and open a channel for communications. The flag keeps waving, and before much longer, the Bipeds send an incredibly crude image of an unarmed biped kneeling before a monstrosity that vaguely resembles you, weapons aside and waving a white flag.

Surrender, then.

The communications proceed slowly for a while, but before much longer, the surviving Bipeds are contained within the lab. Unfortunately, one of the "surrendering" Bipeds acts as a suicide bomber during the transportation process, killing another Soldier. You promptly remove the limbs of the loudest Biped as a form of retaliation and cauterize the wounds shut. It is halfway through night. You order several EPS-equipped drones to proceed outside and lay armor plate and sand over the trap to eliminate the evidence, and anticipate it shall be completed before dawn.

The Nurse works on the Spy Drone, pumping it full of nutrients. You are very unsure if it can survive unaided, but nonetheless resolve to keep it alive until Fertilizing Day.

Begin experimenting on the ones with the bar codes to find a proper method of communication. Afterwards interrogate "Tall Biped Female With Gold Shoulder Decorations" as she seems to be the leader.

Would anyone be opposed to my shortening the traits to just put Generation numbers?

I can include a reference table in the infodump, but I just... really do not want to deal with that much copy-paste when I can just add (Gen1) to the end.

I am not opposed if it makes your life easier.

ALSO! I don't care if we think we're too COOL to talk to humans but we need to understand every last tippet of information in order to destroy or !!ASSIMILIATE!!.

Do science, eat corpses. Raid their ship, check for survivors and weapons.

Step one: interrogate prisoners (begin with decorated ones)

If: no answers or unsatisfying behavior
Then: Do Science.
Elseif: Satisfying answers
Then: Repeat.

Do science on everyone except the ones with fancy stuff (supposed leaders) of course.

Will we try to repair the ship or disassemble it for useful parts? I prefer use it for expanding our base, later we'll build our own ship(s), not reuse  biped's crappy vessels

I agree on that part though we should have some expendable drones check it for traps first.

There are no traps aboard. The ship was checked for that, but nothing further.

You order the Tech Drone to begin ransacking the ship for all useful tools and parts, as well as your EPS-equipped Generation 1 drones, as well as making any needed repairs to restore full computer power. The NavDrones are ordered to begin download and translations. In the meantime, You produce a stick of graphite and bring in a handy Rock, then select the most fit Biped out of the ones marked with bar codes and lead him to a contained, isolated unit for SCIENCE.

You draw something simple - a Biped - and point at it, then at the Biped. He nods, says "Human", and points to himself. You hand him the rock and graphite, and try to speak to the human mind to mind, ordering him to draw. The Human shakes a bit, starts leaking blood out of its mouth and nose, then dies. Well, that didn't go well at all. You repeat the experiment, trying to whisper quietly instead of mentally screaming. Instead of dying, this particular Human loses bowel control and starts rocking back and forth in the fetal position, saying something roughly like "mommy" over and over again.

This clearly isn't working, and You determine that Humans can be killed if held about the neck for a short period. Interesting, but We can communicate death to Humans easily. You try one more prisoner, and spend time drawing with this one before attempting the quietest mind-speak you can. The Human seems disturbed, and makes a bunch of excited mouth-noises. You quietly suggest to the human that it should remain silent, and the creature stops making the mouth-noises.

Interesting.

You send this Human back to the others, and perform experiments on the corpses. Understanding that the Humans may be hungry, You send several raw Human muscles to them. They don't seem to be interested by this, and after a short period, a Drone removes the meat and dumps it into the Synthetic Synthesizer for processing with the remaining test subject remains.

The humans seem uncomfortable, but alive. Many of them are making loud mouth-noises back and forth at each other. It is morning. The Tech Drone reports that a large cache of explosive weapons has been found, as well as supplies, assault projectile weaponry, and a cargo bay filled with dying Humans in chains. They are escorted indoors.

You receive 2 Units of Low-Quality Food and 2 Units of Standard-Quality Food, as well as more Human supplies. The Flowers produce 9 Units of Food and one unit of Queen's Pollen. It appears that the aboveground Flowers are finally starting to grow, and are in one of the two stage of transplanting or putting in Stasis possible during the life-cycle.

Attempt to scan the barcodes on the prisoners.

Attempt to draw an image of a Biped dictionary on the rock.

Would the above flowers lose their resistance if we tried to transplant them during that stage?

Attempt to be extremely careful with all human !!SCIENCE!!, we do not want to delve into their disgusting ANGER and such. We are of the mind and we are pure of these thoughts! Nurture them and study the more erratic ones. Also try drawing images with the tall female biped with decorations, minus the mind whisper of death.
