Over several spots I've had more usernames than I can care to remember.

This isn't even the one I go by most often anymore even.

I don't believe you. I think you are deliberately spreading misinformation to keep us from identifying your tomb-themed pornography ring.

Believe it or not. I sorta got over my whole. Uh. What's it called?
"DARK/EVIL/SHADOW = COOL" phase
Yes, that is it. Thanks Taz. I got over it quite a while ago, and whenever I think of myself when I chose this name I make myself sick. But I guess we have all been there. Right? Right...?

Oh. Also. I dunno if it bares mentioning...

But SirAaron, how can I stalk you if you change you name? Although if you don't care about my feelings I know Toady has changed names by request in the past. He is a pretty cool guy, if you asked nicely he might fix your name for you.

Yes, to my knowledge Toady will honor all name-change requests, and as I heard it this forum allowed you to change your own name until an incident some years ago in which everyone changed their names to Toady One and their avatars to his.

Okay, I'll get around to asking. Sometime. But for now I'll preserve Cript's feelings and be stalked.

Despite picking that I have one I've always used. I've had several back when I was much younger. However that was back before I feel I ever had a proper internet identity.

I've been SHAD0Wdump for years and hope to remain so.

It was April Fools' Day in the old forum, I believe. No avatars back then.

I'll admit, I chose Kaijyuu back in the day because I thought japanese words were cool. The misspelling is deliberate, though; I kept putting in my email address wrong when signing up for Graal Online, so I used more and more variations of the same word. Kaijyuu's the one that went through, and thus history was made.

Still, I like it even without the novelty and nostalgia. Translates to "monster," which is an inherently awesome word in any language. Also gives me an excuse to go "rawr!" at arbitrary and irrelevant times.

My original username was Xargon back in 1998.

Switched it to Rubidium at some point and then settled on Cecilff2 some time in 04 or 05.  Haven't changed it since.

There comes a time when you must take off the soft, furry slippers of a boy and put on the shoes of a man.
Unless of course they don't fit properly and your feet blister up like bubble wrap.
Oh ho ho, but don't try to return the shoes, because they won't take them back once you've worn them.
Especially if that fat pig Tony is at the desk.

I've used either Aklyon or AklyonX on the rare occasion that someone is already using the first one. Back when I really only knew about the lego board and assorted other themed gamesites (cartoon network, ancient candystand with the very cool shockwave flash 3d battleship clone, nickelodeon), I used the name of the Toa of Fire, Tahu from Bionicle because it sounded cool, and compared to the newer hero factory characters, I'd still say he's cooler, mostly because I don't know anything about them except their name.

I've also used Atorek for game characters I needed a name for, usually secondary characters. Haven't used it on a forum though.

I had to shuffle through a couple usernames; still using a couple of them, and since my last bad run-in with a certain attack, had to demolish one of them as thoroughly as possible so it won't haunt me. At least I can still shuffle through a fair handful I've developed over the ages.

For personal security reasons, I'll only leave Itnetlolor as identifiable (kudos given to anyone who has ID'ed me with any of my other names). Oddly enough, I'm still using my most original username (from since dial-up days and AOL was a new thing before the AOL disk virus came along (so. many. floppies and CDs.)) in rare cases these days. More for profile names in games that can't handle so many characters to type in however.

I'd ask about what kind of thing would require needing to demolish as much as possible of things related to it, but it sounds terrible.

I used to go by Renomonty until I had the revelation that having two important pieces of information in your name is a BAD idea. To avoid pretending I was a Final Fantansty fan I changed to Mcclay or the vartion Mclay. I still use Reno on Skype and other places.

Also this was the 3rd fucking time I had to type this thing out because of the Kindle fucking up.
