Seven years ago the internet was not a force for social change. Now it occasionally is. Who knows what the situation will be like seven years from now? Hell, the only people who have not been integrated into the Internet in the US now are the ones who live in rural areas. If you live in a city internet activity is a necessity.

Not that I expect you to win either, but the sociological implications of the internet are a point of great interest to me.

See, you're thinking to big. Crowdsourcing the presidency is the sort of mistakes the bullshit third parties we have today make.

Crowdsource your way to a senate position and own the floor as a dashing maverick, and I'll coordinate with you and do the same here.

I've got the wonderful benefit of being able to visit everyone in my state personally, physically, of course (if I so wanted to), but we can do it!

Eh, don't you worry, our political powerhouse, with the backing of big monies, will put their full efforts to making sure that the internet won't make any social changes here that would mess with the status quo to the durndest of their abilities.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

The German Pirate Party has been particularly successful. They may well get into the Bundestag in the next round of elections if they keep gaining popularity.

I'm not from the US either, I just came here to point out that I find the specificness of:

pretty hilarious. I wonder which group is more of a problem, the home grown Anglo-Saxon Celtic liberal-leftists or THE CRESCENT HORDE...

Obviously they're working together to destroy the UK when it should really be reverting to absolute monarchy and revanchism for the Empire.

The British Empire has gained an Imperial Reclamation Casus Belli on Canada.

Quote from: ZNN
Zombie FDR of the Zombies For Brains party has announced that he is looking at Bradley Manning as his VP, part of his open skulls initiative for transparent government. This has inflamed the Crescent Horde Candidate, who insists it's just a ploy by the ZFB movement to get votes without any intent to follow through. There has been no word from the Manning Family if this will cause Bradley Manning to change his plea. When asked if this will cause the Government to change it's stance on the death penalty in the case for political gain, one governmental official had this to say "I'm a bus driver, not the president. Isn't there someone better to ask?"

On an unrelated note, I seem to have broken the ability to revote with my edit. Any idea how to fix that?

There's no fun in this poll if we can't change our votes with the fickle tides of public opinion!

Were we ever able to revote? I wasn't aware that was an option for polls.

It is. But editing a poll tends to break it all the time.
