I have no intent to vote because as long as the dead can still vote, and they're not zombies, I count any votes (including my own) invalid

Is it a principle thing, or do you just fear an uprising of disenfranchised zombie voters?

This gives zombie movies a whole new political undertone !

And frankly, it makes me much more sympathetic for their plight. I, too, would vote for brains in the government.

I'm not a huge fan of Obama's policies, but I can't find anything to like about Romney. Gary Johnson is a little more to my liking, but he might as well not be running for all the votes he'll get.

I always vote, no matter what.  Even if I fear my vote has no weight, at the very least if someone wants to miscount / steal my vote, they will have to take it from me.

Like many others here, my age will prevent me from voting this year. If I were able to have my dream choice between parties, I'd be choosing between Sanders/zombie FDR and Huntsman; I like them both. As it is, I would, were I eligible, vote for Obama, simply because he's the only candidate who recognizes the problems facing the world today, rather than pretending they don't exist.

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

Except for all the problems that Obama pretends don't exist. For example, the failure of the drug war.

What's wrong with you people?! Fuckin Herman Cain 2012 Bitchez!

But seriously, I'll either find some 3rd party person I like, or I'll vote for Obama, or I just won't vote. Romney just seems like the biggest rich jackass in all the land, and I've never liked him. Obama had potential, but he's just a pussy who gives into Republicans left and right (There may be a pun there). The thing is, the guys who've got their shit together won't get elected, instead douchebags with political clout and moneybagz get elected. America sucks.

That's literally how it is everywhere elections are a thing, though. Moneybaz = political clout.

We need a kickstarter fund to elect an everyman into office. There has to be a way to override the exclusiveness of being in office being reserved for rich douchebags.

Hell, I'll even vote for a zombie into office. They'll be in agreement with all of us. The government needs BRRRRRAAAAAAIIIIINNNNNNSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

Sure, except you'd be violating about half of the guidelines Kickstarter has.

I don't think he literally means Kickstarter the site. Its surprising, but kickstarter has established itself as an actual concept rather than just the site it was founded on rather quickly.

Just promise explicit favours in exchange for different funding levels and you're gold - the political process in action!

I probably won't vote this time around, since my registration card ended up in the laundry.

I have nothing to really say against Obama, he's faultless for the shitty condition of the economy and he's done plenty of good and he even iced that asshole Osama bin Laden, but I did not vote for him last time won't vote for him this time. I don't generally vote democrat because of certain wedge issues on their party platform that I strongly disagree with. Out of the two choices, Republicans are the least offensive to me.

I also don't like Obama's policy toward nuclear power and research.

Romney seems less bat shit insane then the other idiots the Republicans have paraded around, so that is pretty much the total of my thoughts about the election.

I thought that was DEVGRU.

I've never been too comfortable with the fact that people in power take credit for the accomplishments of their underlings.

Sure, he didn't jump out of a helicopter and personally karate-chop OBL to death, but it was basically his call and his responsibility to do it in the way it was done to make absolutely sure he was killed and it worked. He had other more politically correct options, he picked the one that prioritized OBL's death over all other consequences and I have to respect that.

reminds me of a fake vote we had in school (for no conceivable reason) and everyone voted BNP as a joke.
That's not very funny, the BNP are dangerously insane.

Now, black people forcefully trying to join the BNP and getting a court of law to rule that the BNP has to let them join under anti-discrimination legislation, that's funny as hell and harms the BNP. I've always wondered if you could destroy an extremist group like that by "flooding" it with as many sane people as possible.
