Are there any really well-written tutorials for The Lazy Newb pack, for adventure mod?

There's no real tutorial for Adventure Mode, but some of us have done Let's Play Video's for Dwarf Fortress Adventure Mode. Check out my Youtube Channel and the first two Playlists perhaps, or search around for others. I don't specifically teach anything but you might still learn something by watching:

How about:

1:get weapons + whatever armour you can

2:Take a depleted uranium arrow to the skull.

Occasionally there will be a 1.5 in which you kill people and whatever, but not often.

Nah, getting armour usually comes from looting the corpses of your comrades. Also, helmets.

Also, Uranium 235 helmet. Mutually assured destruction. If you hit the helmet with the arrow, BOOM, nuclear explosion.

Nah a u235 helmet is too spread out to hit critical mass, what you need is a uranium 235 collossus's head which you put into a lead helmet (for maximum neutron reflection back into the core) then when you add a u235 bolt to achieve critical mass you get your catsplosion A-bomb.
Where might you get a U235 colossus's head from you may ask? Well the torso of a u235 colossus is far too dense and after a few years of wandering around worldgen tends to enrich to the point of criticality, causing an explosion and possibly an age of *insert bad worldgen age here* the explosion tends to engulf and consume the limbs, but the head is frequently ejected away in the initial shockwave waiting for a kobold to take it home to radiation poison it's entire clan (yes a natural Uranium colossus is generally nonweapons grade U-238 which is far less toxic, however as i mentionedc the purity and density of the crweatuere cause quite a bit of Weapons grade 235 to breed in the ciore which both allows the explosion and also causes the death of the kobolds 4 years into worldgen)

Well i went way off topic there, I don't even have any experience with adventure mode :'(

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.
