This is a good idea. Everything down here is lex talionis anyways, so I wouldn't be too concerned about making enemies. Let's scout for some small fry and scratch our buddy's back, then get some rest.

Salmon are, in their adulthood, generally pretty sizable and able to stand their own against many other school fish. Sardine  on the other hand, are the bitches of the sea. So, is our guy just your generic pink salmon, or kokanee..?

You try searching for fish, but you can only find one, and it appears to have sharp teeth. It's not going down without a fight. It attacks you and you completely fail to dodge. Your attack manages to give the predator a cut. SalmonBuddy is able to dodge, but just barely. His attack is able to finish it off, though.

Defeated another predator! Gained 30 experience!

SalmonBuddy decides to eat up. He is full, and he thanks you for helping him get food, even though your performance didn't exactly deserve an A+.

First off, you try speed. You are only a tad bit faster. Next up braking. You point the sharp edges downwards and slide across the sand. It doesn't slow you down by that much. (You rolled the same 2 numbers). Then you point the sharp edges forward and ask SalmonBuddy if you look scarier. He is cowering and doesn't say a word. You'll take that as a yes.
