There are about 112 colors defined in the raws, complete with set RGB values rather than merely simple names. If it is possible, it would be nice if in-game references to these defined colors, when they come up, were displayed in that color as defined in the raws.

By "references" do you mean textual descriptions of a color (e.g. "His eyes are green"), or item/creature/terrain/etc. tiles adopting the precise color of the represented object's material?

The former. Whenever the game references a color from descriptor_color_standard, and displays the NAME defined in that entry, the NAME value should be displayed in the color defined in that entry's RGB value
