THere isn't anyone to sing to in Port. You sing but are awarded no points, unless points from jellyfish and crabs count.

The bird attempts to peck you in the nose again. It apparently can miss ghosts when attacking, and you just end up with a feeling of doom in your eyes. Attempting to strangle it is hard without leaving it space to attack you in the body.

Noticing the bad turn of events, use your obviously high bard charisma to convince the bird to team up in a life of piracy. He can be like a shoulder parrot or something.
