Oh, don't change up the days on my behalf. In general, my "game time" is late at night local time, which would be like 4-7am in the UK.

I choose Serbia because forming Illyria, if your curious. Also, Serbia isn't actually quite big province wise at game start. Its a hellavalot bigger then most of the stuff bordering it, though.

EDIT: we'll be running with all options at normal, lucky nations off, spread of land/sea 100 years, ok with everyone? I might lower spread to 75 each, we'll see.
