Roll to Bathtime Toy Arena Deathmatch

In the RED corner: Miffy Rabbit Plastic Toy! In the BLUE corner: Washable hair doll! In the bath: bathtime toddler! And they're off!

Yep, it's time for a light hearted arena death match! If you want. I'll try to keep this as simple and short as possible. It will be a fight to the death, last toy standing. The prize (apart from life and victory) - I will advertise the winner in my signature for a month if you want!

Combat will be resolved with an opposing d6 roll, attack vs defence. The difference will give the severity of wound, as per the GWSWS, included below. Wound location is randomised. If you indicate a target location, then this will give a +/-1 bonus to getting on target (i.e., if you want "arm", which is a 4, then you will get this on a roll of 3,4, or 5 on the wound location table).

The first arena will be a bath occupied by a toddler. I don't know if I will run this for more than one arena at the moment.

Players can choose from a variety of bathtime toys, included below, or suggest their own. These must come from the world of a toddler's bathtime toys.

It will be assumed that every type of character can swim competently.

You start on the edge of the bath, and can only melee attack people who are also on the edge. When you are in the water you can only melee attack people who are also in the water. You can jump into the bath as a free action, but climbing out of the water and back onto the edge takes a turn. I will assume you can move as far as you want to reach an opponent, but that you can't move through them. The edge of the bath is ONE PERSON wide.

At certain time points there will be environment-related random effects.

There will be SIX players, and only one of each character.

I might make a map if anyone thinks it worthwhile.

Miffy Rabbit Plastic Toy - +1 to dodge, including defence
Little Brown Bear – massive shoes: +1 to kick attacks, stomp attacks, and staying upright
Washable Hair Doll – special hair-strangler attack: can grab; once grabbed, can strangle with +1 attack bonus
Plastic Noah Figurine – can summon the Ark once every five turns
Doctor Bear – qualified doctor
Starfish – +1 to blowing gusts of air or water through its squeezy mouth

You make a healing roll each turn after an injury has been sustained; the amount you roll is added to your healing points, and the wound disappears when you have enough. For major wounds (anything above light bleeding), you can't make healing rolls until you've received the appropriate medical attention. Only doctors can provide skilled medical attention properly, anyone else gets a -2 to first aid rolls. Bleeding injuries drain health, of which each player starts with a maximum of 50, in this game. If a player has no bleeding injuries, they regain 4 hitpoints per turn. Zero HP = death. Loss of head = death.

Mr. No More Tears, would you care for an alliance? We can watch each other's back. I'd welcome Dr. Boo-Boo in our alliance as well, his medical skills will greatly help us. He's at the bottom right, so should you two agree to the plan, you'll have to shove Mr. Diffindo in the water (not an easy task with his big shoes).

As for me, I'll charge Nr. 6. Attempting to destroy whatever standing appendage he has, to make him fall in the water.
