I love this game, paid for the guild access without hesitation
Are other distribution systems (Desura,Steam) planned and will the current guild members get a copy on them?

The game is planned to be released on Desura, and anyone who bought the game is supposed to get a key, as he confirmed on his blog posts.

Just got mine.... Great now I have to install ANOTHER gamedistribution system... Steam, Orign and Gamestop already on my PC, each spamming me with "Hey we got this"... Gamestops the worst, but its where I go for those REALLY REALLY good old games that ain't abandonware yet...

You shouldn't HAVE to install it, I believe it will still be accessible on the site. (Can't check now though.) But if it makes you feel any better, Desura hasn't bugged me at all, I don't think it even runs when I don't start it. And it has Dwarf Fortress AND Cave Story on it, so huzzah!

EDIT: Site was updated, looks real once. Only need Desura for offline play.

There is also an option to download an MSI from Desura, if you'd prefer that.

By all means, contact Steam and beg them to reconsider my application

... Desura hasn't bugged me at all, I don't think it even runs when I don't start it. And it has Dwarf Fortress AND Cave Story on it, so huzzah!

You can run the EXE directly (Desura installs it in [Program Files]\Desura\Common\WazHack).

If you experience weird problems, let me know - this is the first time I've published to Desura.

You know, theres rather simple ways to restrict what starts automatically on start-up. (like one of the CCleaner options) I only have Steam and Desura on here, and Desura only loads if needed.

Where do I send Bug Reports?   

I don't see the option on the menu.   I'm using the standalone Desura Windows version - it keeps crashing on me. 

EDIT:  I found the in-game bug reports that show up on the Esc menu when a character is loaded.  Unfortunately, it doesn't do anything when I hit either of the "Send Files" buttons.

If you are on Desura, you may have to buy the game first. I haven't tried, but I think you should be able to play to 800 feet before you have to enter a key. If not, play on the website, as that definitely shouldn't require a key until you reach the end of the extensive demo.
