Hey guys. First time poster, short time fan (so far, only played 10 years in dwarf time, on my third Fortress atm.)
Not sure where the most appropriate place to post this is, but, I went and made the Dwarf fortress vanilla tileset into a font.
You can go download it here.

Thought any other designers out there or fan artists would enjoy having this to work with. It's such a pain having to use alternative fonts that never quite match up. If you're a font whore like me, you know what I mean.
If you were interested I used BitFontMaker2 to make it.

Anyways, if you liked it and used it on your stuff totally show me! Even if I didn't design the font myself, its still nice to see my two afternoons work didn't go to waste. Ha ha.

Edit 10/6/12 the alternate bearded dwarf icon and the filled regular dwarf icon are added in now. I don't know why they weren't in the last version.

No problems man! There's a new version up now with the other 2 filled dwarf icons.
If you're just gonna be using the text though then it probably won't matter at all. Ha ha.

Yeah the symbols are a bit of a shambles in there. Lol.
It looks awesome on your comic though! I especially like the "Is now a swordsdwarf, is now a recruit" behind the warriors.
