How reasonable is this for a beginning magical ability to teach to followers with magical potential:

Dreamwalk: While asleep, the user can project their consciousness real world. The sleeper can what they see while dreamwalking as easily as they could remember waking experiences, and their dream-self can run at the same speed as their physical body can, though they are limited in how far they can travel from their body.
The dream-self normally cannot interact with the world or be seen through non-magical means. Use of any other supernatural ability temporarily makes the dream-self temporarily become partially visible and vulnerable to physical harm. If the dream-self is killed, the sleeper is unable to use this ability until their dream-self is restored through magical means.

(Not terribly useful in itself, but a foundation for future abilities.)

Looks fine to me. Just remember that if the person is unable to control it, It could kill them. And If tehy spread it to others, It could begin mutating.

((Just a tip of GMy advice. A God's power tends to clash with another. So all 5 mixing their powers... Well...))

I see. Does that only apply to outright, even mixing of powers, or would it extend to attempting to mess with each others' creations or things that have already been altered?

For instance, I'm assuming all five gods combining their powers to create Captain Planet would end poorly. What about if each god altered a mortal in a different and mostly separate way instead; one gives him flight, one makes his skin like iron, and so on? Would that change if the mortal in question had been created by or belonged to one god at the start?

After something is created, It is normal, as long as a constant flow of energy isn't being poured in to it. Your second scenario would work, as long as you dont try and make a magical death staff one by one, as a portion of the god's power is still within it.

Anyway, what would you think of starting by creating something like this first:

"A statue representing the two angelic bodies of luminus, one light and one dark. A person will be granted the blessing (wings and enhanced magical capabilities) of the god, either light or dark. if this person is worthy."( has a light/dark enough mind and has magical capabilities.)

Without the parenthesis.(correctly spelled?) if i'm ever to join. (btw, light doesn't necessarily mean good, and vice versa.)

What I hope is that by choosing only people who has a light or dark minds, and have magical capabilities are easier to transform. Also, one who has been transformed will have slightly changed genes, so thqt after some time, the whole tribe might become angels. (some time = 50?
