Still working on it. Just that with the start of summer, I'm spending a lot less time than I expected on the computer. I'm a bit hungover right now, to be honest, though I guess alcohol related maladies can only improve my writing  :P

It shouldn't be long now.

Pan, we are relying on you. This is too early for a fort to fail. You need to stay mentally occupied with this task. Summer is just two seasons before the lake turns you to ice. Also, plump helmets, do you want them or not? I'm Urist McWaaaayOutOfThere, Narihil be watching, we making this fort ALL 2getha.

deez be the plans. lets rock it on

I'm not falling hehe. If anything, it's one of those motivated afternoons I'm having here. Although I don't quite get that comment with the plump helmets and Mcwayoutofthere.

Also, I randomized the name for the fort. Fort Narhiril isn't really something that you can name your fortress.

I don't mind, I remain patient.
Also, i've gotten lots of time to get familar with LFR, and it seems like a really cool mod, and it doesn't slow down my computer (that much).

Post should be up in a few hours. I'm a bit of a perfectionist here, and I kept on changing my intro. Sorry guys for taking so long. Besides, I had a flight yesterday, so I was tired and jet lagged. Anyway, I should be finishing up now. Just gotta upload up screenshots and crap.

Not to be a dick, but I'd like to spell check it and edit here and there before release. But I've been working the past hour and I notice it's past 1:30 in the am. I'm gonna sleep, wake up tomorrow, and edit everything.

This is gonna be fun :)

OK guys, this really pisses me off, but something came up and I will not be able to have my first couple of turns. I'll be able to join again in a couple weeks. My sincere apologies.

What's the turn order again? Got to leave from Friday to the 19th.

Well, given the pace I'm setting, the next few weeks should be alright.

Grr... I just can't seem to get it right. But I swear, I'm making progress! The intro alone is 1000 words. Although that may not be a good thing and is what I'm currently trying to change, since it may bore you guys. :(

But I swear, progress is being made! I'm working on it right now, and have been for quite awhile.

Right guys, crap is up. First time, so please don't be afraid to give me criticism. I find my thing may be a bit long winded, although I wanted to include the interesting vampire general I managed to gen  :P

I also realize I may have make it all sound confusing by referencing areas here and there. Sorry. Will upload a map soon.

Anyway, who's up next? :) Wanna get this over with so I can get started. (Though to be fair, I should be patient, since it took me this long...)

Ill probably take the third turn, so I have time for it. Is the intro up?

I will take second turn! How much time did you plan to take in ingame "units", Pan? Seeing as going first is somewhat of a chore as you have to do some basic stuff, at least I hope you are going to do some basic stuff, haha, you might need a bit more than is considered 'normal' for a first turn.

Is the story going to be serious, or is it going to be the way we do it up here in Maine, gruesome, witty, and funny, yet epic and dramatic?

Depends on the player, I suppose. I tend to lack in the wit department (in writing, anyway) so I just write mine more serious. Since our characters are writing a journal, we can just attribute the different styles to our dwarves' personalities.
