It's basically one of those games where you go around fighting people only you're animals?  I mean, I guess the trailer was cut together in the weirdest way possible but it doesn't really strike me as that strange an idea.

I'm pretty sure I've actually heard of this before.  It's game set in japan in the future after all humans are gone and animals just live in the ruins of the cities.  I don't know why there are raptors there, but hopefully this will explain it a little.
