I can't wait until I can walk into an elf town and kill everything, then head to a dwarf town and everyone calls me a hero for killing so many elves.
Or when you utterly destroy all attempts made by Dwarves to build diplomatic relations with the Elves, branding you a terrorist by both civilizations. Oh yeah, the RNG would do that.

If the dwarves wanted peace with the elves I world kill the dwarves for liking elves.

You can't survive unless you have some socks to throw at people so you can insta kill them. No need to get your hands dirty.

I hope we get the ability to rack up notoriety (for example by performing a large number of notable kills) to make interrogations shorter. It would also be cool to have to hide who you are depending on where you go.

Actually you can assume merchants spread the tales, because judging by legends mode - tales of your feats can spread to cities far beyond places you've ever visisted, and you can get respect for heroic acts from people you've never met before.

So, people know who killed who with names and everything? I don't think people would keep a kill list of every creature in the universe. Unless you killed something important like a titan or something. That would work well.
