Anyway, I find real girls are just too bitchy and demanding recently.

Seriously girls, modesty is worth its weight in gold.
The last modest girl I found was...
My stepsister. ;_;

If it looks like incest, it tastes like incest...
But we're not blood related, so it's A-OK! ;D
Still, it takes some of the !!Fun!! out of it. :-/

Made me think of Lone Star State of Mind for some reason...  Actually a somewhat entertaining movie.

Maybe she just needed a change of pace for a little while? It happens, and it kinda sucks when it does, but sometimes you just have to enjoy the ride.

That, in a sense, is almost easier in a way.  You know the person in question just doesn't feel that way towards your entire gender, so it's not like there's anything you did wrong or could have done better.

I, on the other hand, was together with a girl who messaged me constantly throughout the day when I was away in the military, but when I was together with her all we did was watch TV or movies on her computer.  Then she'd chide me for wanting to cuddle all the time and complain about me messing up her hair (I have a fascination with hair that leads to me playing with and running my fingers through it.  Difficult habit to break), while also trying to re-train me from leaving the toilet seat down (I have always left both the seat and the lid down, since it's then equal opportunity for everyone, it reduces noise and splash, and I think it looks nicer.  She wanted seat down but lid up).

She's the one who dumped me over Skype four days before I was supposed to move in with her.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say, despite the probable pain you went through, that you got a good deal here. Living with, a crazy bitch is hell. (Just for the record, men can be crazy bitches, too. Trust me on this.)

Truthful MZ is truthful. I'm a bit of a crazy bitch, if we're going to use that terminology. ::) And by 'bit of' I mean I'm probably dangerously unstable when in relationships.

Sorry to hear about that Reudh. :( I'm sure you'll be more fortunate in the future.

To everyone who's like "omfg girlz sux", you may have had bad experiences with them, and / or been stupid, but that's no reason to diss them. I'm not a big fan of relationships myself, but I never slag off the opposite gender. That's just in bad taste.

Yeah, it isn't good to bash a whole gender. That's wrong and ignorant. Individuals, that's fine.

"Has anyone considered the possibility that he might not have been entirely serious in that post?"

I appreciate your open mindedness, that is a rare quality that you should treasure like the urn of your ancestors. But to clarify, growing up as a child, in a divorced home with no women in contact but centerfold pictures, I never talked with or socialized with women, all to my demise.

As I grew older my heart desired to be cherished by something of my opposite, however, in that time, I poised myself with inefficient social docileness.

For that I grew a thorn on my innocent heart to twist and to grow into my bitterness, that not even my tears will shed. For now, my heart won't recover, it is too far cast in the dark charades of my bitterness, that I know is my lack of will, impregnated with failures and disbelief in women and the cold hands of mankind.

Life is but a vapor, as so the curious Emerson said. So I speak in regards with Emerson, life is too short and if I am 18 and not once picked up my faith in emotions, I fear my heart will continue to erode. There maybe hope, in time.

That's poetic.

Also I have noticed I tend to label entire swathes of females as the type I would have not got on well with in school, and probably shut myself out of potential relationships/ friendships.

Highschool sucked arse.

The guys were brutal and violent, the girls were bitchy and tease-y.
It's a wonder I'm not more of a misanthrope.

(Girls used to ask me if I wanted to go out with / have sex with / be friends with them, then abruptly retract that by saying "Kidding, who'd ever want to X / Y / Z with you, you're a fuckin' ugly weirdo who'll die alone.". Whereas, the guys used to try and beat me up, which at a younger age was much easier (once got grabbed by the neck and dashed against a brick wall until I fainted, once got ambushed, handcuffed and used as a human bike ramp, etc... list goes on. I've got a scar on my tongue from biting it when I was punched in the mouth.)

I hate people sometimes, but I dearly wish that someone can crack this stony exterior o' mine.

Agreed. At my school, the membranes of cliques were completely permeable. There were groups of people who hung out for any given reason, but no group was ever mutually exclusive. I was friends with people from every group and hung out with whoever, whenever. People could be mean to each other at times, but nothing so vicious as what I've seen in "real life." We had a few fights, but in comparison what you described sounds like max-security prison.

We had regular fights that often degraded into brawls of up to 50- 60 students. Think of a Katamari ball of writhing, punching and kicking angry teenagers and that was pretty much what happened.
