Meh...maybe I am overly optimistic...but i am giving him the benfit of the doubt on this one. I for one am a very quiet person that is prone to withdrawing under pressure or work. Perhaps he is too?

Patience is a virtue...it will work out in the end.

It actually says rather bad things if this was him withdrawing. Given how tempermental the community is and if he is just hiding it really is his own fault how his own community is reacting knowing this.

I don't think he is hiding but still.

As for "Are they obligated" I should remind you that there is nothing in the "rewards" that says he cannot put junk effort to fulfil it. The game could just be a pick your own adventure story with every name listed in it.

Anyhow, I don't think Dullard is really trying to decieve anyone but even if he is some patience isn't undue.

That's only some of the rewards, the other stuff like soundtracks, the book, actually being in touch with big donors on a very regular basis, haven't been fulfilled either.

I don't think any of it was fulfilled other than the forum titles and such.

Even assuming something bad has happened to him since November, the kickstarter ended in july, obviously fulfilling rewards wasn't a big priority.

If it was a scam I will say I am rather impressed. It was a long con.

Mind you a JOB would have been more effective.

Also, if you look back to the top of Page 28 I told him in August he needed to be in touch with his kickstarter backers because people were starting to wonder.  We see how that went.

Actually, I will say that as a donor, I did get my copy of the playable beta. It's noting more than a glorified name and landscape generator at the moment, but I did recieve it.

No, that was a tech demo to my knowledge. Not even an Alpha.

That is correct. Just the tech demo.

Doesn't that Trefall guy say he knows LD in real life or something?  If we're having trouble contacting LD through normal methods maybe we should talk to this guy instead.

OK, I have to reload the save.
There was a bit of a problem regarding flashfreezing, a ballistae, and a barrel of dwarven ale. Gonna fix it up.

Can someone migrate its contents over somewhere else? I know there was some Play-By-Post RPG that was taking place over there, and I figure they kinda want to save the content of their posts lest the forum goes down for real?

Also, haven't been able to access the forum yet at all.
