Are you at war with Italy currently? If so then move troops up from africa might be a mistake till you hold northern Africa.
As of a few months ago, yes. There was 1 major-ish battle that we won on the Libyan border, but now it's pretty stagnant. The British were even kind enough to leave a couple troops for our defense in Tunisia, now if I can just get them to help me attack Saarbrucken...

The Spanish civil war is
still technically ongoing, although absolutely nothing has happened in the past 3 years and it doesn't look like anything will happen unless there's some outside influence (a la me invading after the Nazis have been dealt with):
It's been a few months and the Finns are either a) holding the Russian menace off or b) about to be steamrolled into oblivion by the Russian menace who lurk in the forests just beyond the Finnish border:
China is still a divided heap of mostly Nationalists and some communists in the mountains. The Japanese have done nothing I've noticed yet:
