Okay.

Core Rulebooks only. (I once knew a guy with so many rulebooks and so much rules lawyering, he had a Pixie Barbarian with +7 STR. mod.)

Starting level 1.

Stat. Gen: Gawd, look in the freakin' rulebook.

The rulebook has several different ways of doing stat gen.  32 point buy is the most common for online games AFAIK but I'm personally partial to 25 point buy.

Probably, but that would be unbalanced.

You'll have my character in about a week or so. I'm sorry, but I'm going AFK for a bit these next few weeks, so count me out for the start- I may show up later, though.

I can't micromanage people very well, so i'll be taking about 4 or 5 people. So if you wanna spot, post now. After you get a character sheet, edit it into your post.

Do you have a list of allowed or banned books/class/other resources?

I'm just really wanting to use the core books, but within those, anything goes.

Is there still room for me to join? It has been a few months since I last had a group.

Did you ever say whether you were using 3.5 or 4.0? And what do you mean by 'core rulebooks'? Just the Player's Handbook and books relevant to the campaign (Eberron in this case I guess)?

Want in.  Can you give any information about the setting so I can make my character fit it?

Yes, we're doing 3.5.
That's what I mean by core, yes. Eberron book and Player's book.
And no one has actually joined yet, they need to post a character now.
