I've got an SNES emulator of it. Just, so you guys know it's out there.

On the other hand, I also suck too much to do any kind of challenge.

Interesting idea, I have never finished the game though.

Alright, I'm going to be doing this. Probably not livestreaming. I'm starting out with the Black Mage as my Wind job, so that seems alright.

Lucky me! I started with the infamous Blue Mage. Unfortunately, Vampire is the shittiest healing move ever and Goblin Punch only does about 15 damage to Siren. !!FUN!!

How do I beat Shiva with four black mages and only two daggers between them?

Break fire rod or use fire spells or come back later.

As much fire as you can possibly muster.

Oh. I could have sworn I shot all three of my spells at her and they all did 0 damage. Guess I'll have to try that again.

Oh, I was confusing names. It's Siren I'm stuck on. My spells do no damage and at level 10 with the best gear I could find she heals faster than I can hurt her.

Haven't managed to get her there. I'll figure it out eventually.

EDIT: Oh, I bet that's the trick. Just wait for her to go undead. Excellent.

Honestly, Siren's reasonably easy for just about any party except Thieves. Then you have to farm up 3 daggers off of skeletons if you want to do any damage.

I'm doing Zerker challenge right now, and once I got past the stumbling blocks that were Garula and Liquid Fire (Oh god liquid fire. I was level 28 by the time I could actually finish it. ;_;) and I got death sickles everything started dropping like flies. Even on my two non-zerkers, I still had Use Axe on them. 4x whatever the chance of instant death is means enemies die really really fast.

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.
