So, played two of the four Female slayer classes, on the off chance anyone cares, here's how they work
Dark Templar and Vagabond are currently regarded as being overpowered, and are the two I avoided for now. Dark Templar is a caster/melee hybrid that uses short swords, plate armor, and lots of magic-esque attacks; Vagabond is the lightsabre class that dual wields a psyblade, very flashy. I think Vagabond is regarded as the more OP class.
Sword Master is your Standard vanilla melee, they can turn their sword into any of the four elements to exploit weaknesses and add bonus effects to attacks and skills. I personally used a katana, but the game and most players will parrot that Zanbato is the generic best. Their attack animations change, and the katana at least becomes an Iaido flurry with a wide reach. Lots of fast, high damage, moving skills. You will zoom around doing lots of damage in style. Probably the most powerful after the two OP classes. Can cancel skills, and if using a katana, give bonus damage to the next skill and can be stacked up to five? times. Only light armor though, so you're pretty squishy if you let an enemy hit you, although their auto block can help.
Demon Slayer is currently regarded as the weakest. They use Zanbato and can transform it into a chain sword that acts like a whip. Tons of AOE and Bleed, and they can berserk to cut their defense in half to buff their speed and strength. Decent amounts of grabs and moves with super armor. Around level 30 though you will notice if you aren't constantly in berserk your damage starts to suck. Big time. And given that it only lasts 40 seconds you will be recasting it. Often. They can still get by, I'm soloing at level 50 with only occasional trouble. Heavy armor means decent survivability although berserk does make you significantly more squishy. Also their sword overwrites your equipped swords sprite, so you only need to see a stupid looking weapon in town. Their sword gives you hit chance and adds bleed to everything, so missing has rarely screwed me as often as other classes. The bleed isn't really significant though and they lack any special mechanics I've seen so far to take advantage of it. It's just a small damage bonus really. After awakening they can absorb the souls of dead enemies that buff you. Really needs something, like bleed ticks heal you and bleeding enemies can't stagger you or something.
