This game really REALLY seems to hate dwarves (the race).

4chan's saying that Knight is confirmed as the next character during OBT 2. No idea what their sources are though, I just happened to glance upon that in my random wanderings.

For people too lazy to read a wiki, knight is an elven sword and board type who rides unihorned ponies and smacks people with her shield.

I think her other subclass is a summoner for whatever reason.

Edit: In other news, Deadboats /can/ level up, but its rather expensive. We've got 207k gold and need 450k to both level up and make use of the GSP point on the stat boost.

Hrm. I think my priest is sitting on like 150k with nothing much to spend it on except animate spirits, protein oils, and piles of those 6k pots that seem to be about the best thing to chew up for profession junk. Could throw it the guild's way next time I'm online, I guess...

Assuming no one else added a bunch of gold since the 11th (nothing major happened besides hopping to OBT2 and its related events), then that'd be awesome, since I haven't been on in a couple days either.

I... I actually like knight a lot more than I thought I would. Her moves are just so much smoother than slayer's, and elven knight resurrects kinda like dark mage except not quite as OP. Plus her ridiculous defense means you take less damage overall.

Aside from wishing that she swung her sword a little more and her shield a little less, she's pretty great.

Starting to feel like some of the older characters could use an overhaul though, really beginning to show their age in comparison to newly released classes.

So theres a huge bunch of knights at the abnova entrance, because of course theres a big crowd there on Silver Crown channels. (much easier to see without everyone there wielding the free title, btw) They don't have the sound effect too many gunners in one spot does, but they look silly if you put enough of their bouncy idle in one spot.

Also Deadboats is level 3 now, so we have a tiny stat boost and a tiny xp boost. yay?

Daily reminder that there was a time when Gunner idle gun clanking would play even when the window was not focused on/minimized, and it would be the only sound to do so.

Anyway, are you screwed as soon as you choose your challenge level? I was wanting to try and get a permanent Danjin, but figured I'd only try to get a second gunner to 31.

It is locked in, yes, if you want to do a different one you have to make another character.

So Elementalist is alright, since I'm using it as a challenge character. Awesome early skill in fire pillar (BOOM! 1500% damage w/ growing weapon's stats), more buffs than M.mage so far. Dunno if I'd prefer it over ele. bomber yet, though.
