Furtuka runs downstairs with a book on ghost bindings in his hand.

"Landlord sense still work!" He shouts before walking over and opening the door.

"We have a near limitless number of rooms sir behind the wall."

"Ah, perfect." A clean shaven young man stands in front of the opened doorway, medium frame and neatly combed light brown hair, as well as dark green eyes. He is currently wearing a dark blue t-shirt as well as some standard blue jeans, slightly worn. Over one shoulder is a brown bag carrying all of his worldly possessions, and on the other is perched a ferret. The ferret glares at Furtuka, only with one eye though, the other is blinded along with a straight scar running over it. It looks like it has been through fight after fight, and hasn't given up yet. "My name is David Mill, but just call me Exo." He glances at the ferret, they seem like polar opposites. "Oh, this ferret's name is Aegis. Don't bother trying to kill him, it wont work." He says with a large grin. He proceeds to pull out a stack of money. "Now who do I throw this at?"

A phantom hippy peeks over a trenchcoat wearing man and gazes at Exo.
"Hey man, is that like, from people, or that ferret?"

"Just throw it at Fniff," Doom said as he walked down the stairs. Turning to Futurka, he said, "I'll go ahead and vacuum up the dust from Mars I tracked in here. It really does get everywhere."

In any case it would be a battle of critical thinking and I refuse to fight an unarmed individual.

"Ah, excellent." He strides in calmly and stuffs the money into an envelope. On it, it reads 'For Fniff, from: David- the new tenant, call me Exo' He places it in the most convenient location at the time that Fniff can find it, then hurries off to a room. "I'll just take room L-17"
