"Oh hey, it's  a ghost. Haven't seen one of those in a while"

"A ghost. Well, I can't say I'm that surprised after a day or two here, and my job, so I think I'll just go upstairs and clean up. That dust on Mars gets everywhere," Doom said as he left the lobby to go to his room to clean up.

[Spinal_Taper]

Spinal closed his eyes and began to speak without sound, motioning rapidly. Robert mirrored him, carrying on a conversation at mach speed.
"Well, I spoke with Robert, and he would be delighted to meet you folks."

[Furtuka]

"Hi Robert. Did you know that we have a wizard ghost in the basement? I wouldn't go and try to meet him though, he lives too deep into the subbasement to be worth going into unless it's a life or death situation"

[Spinal_Taper]

Robert turns his dulled gaze on Furtaka for a moment before his eyes widened in recognition and he spoke.
"Dude, I would love to. He seems pretty cool."

[Furtuka]

"Hmmmm, well maybe....     Hey Fniff! How safe is it for a ghost to go into the subbasement?!"

[TherosPherae]

((Johnny, waking up))
"Ugh, what's all the racket? I heard lightnin' or someshit-" Johnny sees the pizzas. "Um, are you guys entirely sure you want to eat those?"

((Arnold, waking up from being on the couch))
Arnold falls off a couch in the lobby and promptly straightens his trenchcoat. He then turns to anyone who will listen, announcing "I still have need of speaking to the landlord. Is he present?"

[Furtuka]

"What is it? You need a room?"

[TherosPherae]

((Arnold))
"Yes. I would like to rent a room. What rooms is available?"

[Furtuka]

"A lot of them. Too many to list. Just call out a random letter and number"

[TherosPherae]

((Arnold))
"I will take a room closest to the stairs; I do not care about the floor. Which one would that be?"

[Furtuka]

"You know what. I'll just hand you K1. I'm pretty sure no one's taken that."

[TherosPherae]

((Arnold))
"That will do well. Do you want dollars, rubles, or euros?"

[Furtuka]

"Er... Anything I guess"

[TherosPherae]

((Arnold))
"I shall pay in euros then. They have the best rate of... um.... exchanging, I think is the word." Arnold hands Furtuka a few large-denomination bills. "Just tell me if my rent goes past that, and I will get more. Goodbye, sir, I'm going to begin moving in." Arnold then walks outside, retrieves a briefcase hidden in a shadow outside the apartment, and pulls it up to his room.
