((Arnold))

Arnold had followed Furtuka upstairs, and had thus far just been watching the fight. But at this point, he seems to step in, saying, "Them? What is 'them'?"

((John))

John then burst up the stairs, yelling "I AM TRYIN' TO GET SOME F'IN SLEEP DOWN HERE! WHAT KIND OF F'IN ASS CLOWN-HAT-BASTARD DRILLS A HOLE 'N A GUY'S APARTMENT? I MEAN JEEZ, I LOST LIKE HALF THE F'IN STOVE TO WHA'EVER THE SHI' THAT WAS! F'IN ASSHOLES!"

Furtuka yawns

"Eh, I still need to unpack my stuff. We use to keep supplies for making Molotovs in the janitors closet. Just pull them out and toss em out the window or something"

Furtuka wanders off back to his room

((Still behind the bookcase))

Phantom hears the commotion outside and begins to wonder what sort of architect would make a secret bookshelf that could only be opened from a spot ten feet away from the door.  Oh well, at least he had the little fuzzy guy to cheer him up.

There comes a loud crashing sound from outside and dust comes billowing up the passage.  Coughing and hacking Phantom falls over again, this time his hand falls in what is presumably the same sticky substance.

"Well, shoot."

"Buu!"

"This is your fault isn't it?"

"Buu!"

"Aaaw, even your squeak... buu... thing... is too cute to blame for long.
I could just do that one thing, but there might be people outside still, what do you think Boota?  That's what I'm going to call you from now on!  Boota!  Ye gog... I sound like a twelve-year-old anime character...  What do you think?"

"Buu!"

"Of course you do."

((Seeing the mess, being with Furtuka and co)

"See? I can handle myself: Wasn't hit once." he chuckled.
"how's the subbasement going? You think he's going to mind if I claim a nice hellish spot for little old me?"

“Do something!” she whispered, trying to keep her sight on all of them at once.

Spinal reached inside the cupboard and pulled out the cocktail components. He loaded it into what appeared to be a massive flare gun, lit the cocktail and fired it into the crowd.

"Well, you could head down there, but I think they might be pissed. That, and you might want to try to kind of kill off this siege."

Guys, real life and other things are catching up with me. I can't continue. I nominate Furtuka as the new co landlord, until I get more time. I might be lurking around a bit, but I barely have time to type this.

See you.

((Non-canon))

Phantom waved goodbye as he saw Jim's spirit float away, "Curse you Real Liiiiiiife!"  He cried as the beloved landlord floated away into the black Moscow night, and below the city wept, for it had lost it's greatest protector.  Batmun now lay dead...  Wait, what?

As Jim walked out of the apartments he handed Furtuka a slip of paper. Furtuka looked down and it and said

"Welp, here we go again.

((Behind Furtuka))
"Just like good old times eh, Furtuka?" with a chuckle, Shade patted slightly on the shoulder the guy, before whistling a sharp ear-piercing tune, and at that moment...nothing happened.
"Gotta go." Shade muttered after a moment, heading back to his room.

((Shade's room))
Loud noises, bangs, explosions and other types of noise, sometime followed by strange grasshoppers sounds or cow's verses.
Then, with a loud bang, there is silence.
