Considering that the most hearty of Krokodil users still die after about a year at the most, I'd say it doesn't make a very good sales pitch. Even the other hardcore narcotics aren't that deadly.

And by aggressive animals, you mean they look like they've been attacked by zombified Soviet bears terrorizing the back alleys of Moscow. One of the pictures I saw of one woman's arm looked just like a bear attack.
