I gave the starting planets a different color from the rest. You´re on Kadesh (I presume), which is the yellow one.

Besides, how does movement work? Do ships get 1 jump per turn, or do we still get 3 jumps per turn, as in the rules when working with a grid?

Fredrich Alexander was furious. Not only was the new Emperor, Lord Atreyus, corrupt, inept and arguably a psychopath, he wasn't even from a noble linage, let alone related to the Imperial family. Luckily, he immediately proved just how much of a 'strategic genius' he really was, for most of the Empire refused to recognize him, even under threat of force.
By Imperial law the house Nassau should continue the Emperor's linage, giving Fredrich Alexander a mandate to use unlimited force against any faction refusing to recognize him as their superior.

Of the most pressing concern right now is Count Blecit. A man both as trustworthy as a drunk bishop and even more greedy and power-hungry, there is little doubt as to his plans and there is a very real chance that these involve the sudden disappearance of all remaining claimants to the Iron Throne.

Count Blecit's secret dream: Count Blecit may have used markets to get rich but was actually a fan of them. No he wanted a Utopia and that was his real reason for coming out here: to unite humanity and to use new technology to help create Utopia.

Suggestion in order to avoid cock-blocks why don't we pm our turn and then you post the results?

Shameless bump, CAN WE GET THIS MOVING GUYS.

I need only ask a question, which may change the other players' turns, before posting my own.

Do we start with 3 house regiments and 2 native ones, as in the rules, or just the 3 house regiments?

I simply went with that because that was what Virex and SoHowAreYou had gone with, but your own differs; which leaves me confused.

No, they each have three house troops, one nuke, and 2 jump ships, i have four troops because my kadesh Fantics each cost one Solat compared to a house troop which costs 2 solats, so i have the same cost for my troops as they do.
3 house troops cost 6 solats
2 house troops and 2 kadesh fantics cost 6 solats got it?

Huh, I thought our starting build was limited to a fixed set of soldiers and no solats, rather than 6 solats we could spend on soldiers at our whim.

Spoiler: Rules (click to show/hide)

The first post overrules the 3d6 solats and allies, but doesn't refer to the 3 House Troops or the 2 native armies; hence my question.

Um... I think that how Deny did it is fine.
Some worlds do have more expensive troops, so it's unfair to have a fixed number.

Also, New House Rule!

When you use the noble action administer the noble that used it has to stay on planet for the extra income.
Once you've rolled how large the increase in income is, then you can't reroll it again, but you can take the noble of world and plant a new noble on world and it will be fine.

If a planet is conquered the conqueror can do a new administer roll for extra income.
Does that make sense? Does it sound like a good rule?

Isn't that supposed to be covered by 'don't use an action if you moved the Noble?'

The part regarding conquest is new, but yes, one'd believe the rest was covered by that rule.
