Roll to Raid the Labyrinth! Turn 13- Sharp Fangs

The dwarfs were nearing extinction. Their war like ways and tendencies finally came back to bite them on the ass. The dwarven race, now fearing for it's legacy decided on one final architectural wonder, The Labyrinth. They carved this monstrous structure into the earth, carving their legacy into the walls and leaving their goods to be found. The struck a giant gold gate at the entrance and sealed the Labyrinth, hoping for it never to be touched again. Many years later, all but a few dwarfs are gone, and the other races now lust after the treasures of the Labyrinth. The Dwarfs did not leave their legacy unguarded however..... There are hundreds of traps, thousands of creatures.... This journey will not be easy. But the rewards will be worth it. Your group of bandits now seeks to do the impossible. Good Luck.... and watch where you step.

Question: How detailed or in what format should requests for special races be? Should custom races follow the same formats as the existing ones, or can they branch out?

Well, If you're requesting a custom race, you should give me the modifiers. Nothing too op, and it'll most likely be accepted :)

So suggesting new race.  :P Going for...10 points?

Weapon/Longbow: +1 damage to large enemies +1 Damage to armored enemies 20 pts?

---Custom Stuff, can it be approved, Blast? :P

Weapon/Sling: +1 Damage to large enemies, -2 to Armored Enemies 10pts

Also, Basic armor comes free, shields must be looted from within

I swear, I cannot make a character in anything without a thousand questions about it.

Will there be any method of leveling up or otherwise gaining non-gear attributes? Will there be increasing gear attributes? Would a race that was more powerful than normal but cost extra points be alright? Are there any guidelines you'd give for extra benefits vs extra costs?


Officially reserving a spot, btw. I could totally just throw up an elf in like 30 seconds if necessary, I just want to see what else I could manage. :x

Attributes CAN be gained inside the Labyrinth, though they'll be rather rare. There are different materials in gear, as well as artifact and enchanted pieces inside. And yes, If the race is more powerful but costs more, I will accept it. I'd say that if you're adding an extra benefit that isn't being balanced out by a negative, add 10 points to the cost.

Devil: +2 Dodge, may roll to turn permanent injuries into temporary ones, may not start with Gear [Can use all weapons and armor. Gear is N/A] 20 pts

Seductress: May turn an NPC into a loyal Thrall with a successful roll. Thralls remain loyal indefinitely, but may be swayed by outside forces or particularly ill treatment. More powerful Thralls (relative to their master) are more likely to rebel or question their treatment. Usually requires subject to be disadvantaged, bribed, or outright incapacitated to perform. Limit one Thrall at a time. 50 pts
