Hmmm... Thematically, any of those could work.  Perhaps setting up a camp where they can try to find the pelts and bones of the mysterious animals that lurk in the jungle?  I'm very open to suggestions!

Hmmmm...  I'm not seeing anyone exceptionally hefty unfortunately.  Both of the remaining male kobolds are on the skinny side.  The impulsiveness of Dlifidis may fit to Taz.  Additionally, I'm very open to changing traits within there.  Physical traits are a bit weird to change (unless you want to add like... buck-toothed or something) but character traits I'm just stealing from the game until there are better replacements.

That spreadsheet is nifty, I claimed a bold if that is ok.
can there be a dead? column and a Cause of death? on there. If I find out my bold died, and you forgot to update my status, I'd be happy to fill in the gap lol

even if there is a BIO or custom personality that players can fill in

Absolutely, Hugo!  I've currently got a 'Past Kobolds' sheet, but I haven't really messed with it much yet.  When the first kobold kicks it, I'll be sure to add them with appropriate information.  I'm thinking 'Age at Death' 'Cause of Death' and perhaps 'Legacy' being important columns.

I'm putting Hugo down as a 'Witch Doctor' if you don't mind.  I may have him doing some bone-carving stuff as well dependent upon whether anyone else claims that.

Niyazov, whoever you may be, I've named your kobold and set them up to be a bow-bold!

Thanks!  I'm a sucker for spreadsheets.  I feel like this will help me keep the characters more consistent.  I'm hoping to fill in those last 3 spots before I run the embark (so I can give people the professions they want), but that may not be feasible in which case I'll likely start it tonight!

Hopefully it'll turn out well!  Though admittedly, even if everyone dies within a year, we can always start a new fort!

Absolutely Vgray!  Do you want him named Vgray or something else?  Also, what weapon should he use when hunting?

Updated intro post with brief talky-bit.  Some of you may recognize the name Chungotlus from Jrusrusrischlifruyin.  I feel like the story-teller angle worked pretty well and thought I'd explore it a bit more.

I had signed on for the ranger professions but if Vgray wants to be the hunter then I'll do bone carving, leather working or butchery.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with having multiple hunting types!  If you'd like, I can put you on some of those other things as well.  When things start out, there'll DEFINITELY be multiple profession things happening.

To clarify: given the relative weakness of kobolds it is almost necessary to hunt animals on an individual basis rather than just setting up the hunting profession.  So the military is pretty much always on hunting detail until things get Fun.  Admittedly, things may get Fun before that, given that even small animals can sometimes prove a problem to kobold warriors.
