I have a question about the fighting system. Can we do compound/complex moves? For example, could Mason kick someone in the stomach, then judo throw them over his shoulder? Or would that be multiple turns?

I think it's always open to new members. It would be like Fight Club that way.

In!

Name: Frank Estaloo

Physical data: 6ft, 2in. Wears a hairy mustache and chest. Has dark brown hair. American male.

Emotional data: He was thinking of boxing, but they said he could not join for reasons. Really mad he joined the club in a heap.

One thing you can wish for before death?: Get famously good at fighting.

If you could fight anyone, who would it be?: He watched WWE. He wants to fight The Miz.

If your character wanted to work in a throw, you could specify to look for throws in your instruction. The opportunity will no doubt arise, and occur over 2 moves - one for the kick, oponent failing badly on thier counter roll and then failing badly on thier own attack roll, and a good counter to that attack.

The more the merrier. People might have a limited lifespan in Project Mayhem so to keep this going more fresh meat will be needed often.

Re: Roll to Fight Club - Week 1, Lou's Bar Basement.

Week 1 Fight Club

Welcome to Fight Club...

The first rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club.
The second rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club.
Third rule of Fight Club: Someone yells stop, goes limp, taps out - the fight is over.
Fourth rule: Only two guys to a fight.
Fifth rule: One fight at a time, fellas.
Sixth rule: No shirts, no shoes.
Seventh rule: Fights will go on as long as they have to.
And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first night at Fight Club, you have to fight.

Lou's bar sits at the point where the city centre, industrial district and inner city slums meet. As a result the bar above was full of the usual unsavoury types as Tyler and the members arrived. The barkeep saw to it that they left as the basement was opened. Voices echoed in the damp and humid space as Tyler once again went over the rules, low roofed with cardboard lining the floor, and a sticky sweet smell in the air. People prepared for thier fights, removing shirts, shoes, belts and rings in what looked like personal rituals. Tyler read out the list of this evenings fights.

Fight 1:

Vs.

Fight 2:

Vs.
Spoiler: Dan Ackland (click to show/hide)

Fight 3:
Spoiler: Richard Leroy (click to show/hide)
Vs.
Spoiler: Mason Perez (click to show/hide)

A nice even number of fighters, all first timers ready to cut thier teeth.

Please submit a general instruction for how you would like your fighter to conduct themselves in the fight, and I will roll for the result. Remeber, no-one cares if you win or lose, only that you have a good fight.

Name: Jack Dendy
Physical data: 19, 5'3", 146, Jack is short, but his strength makes up for it.
Emotional data: Jack was abused as a child. His mother died when he was seven and his father kicked him out of the house at 16. He roamed the streets with a gang for a couple years, but quit after a close brush with a broken bottle. He continued training in order to stand up to his father, but never got the chance. His dad died of a heart attack three weeks before Jack decided to join the Fight Club.
One thing you wish you had done before you die? Jack wishes he had stood up to his father.
If you could fight anyone, who would it be and why? Hitler. Jack sees himself as "A fighter for good" This fallacy will probably die fast.

Mason fights with speed, hammering his opponent with crushing blows for every mistake he makes. If he gets hit, Mason will just hit back harder.

"No shoes and no shirts huh? Sounds fine to me." Sandra kicked off her sneakers. She lifted her black hoodie over her head, dropping it onto the ground. When her bra became visible, she heard a murmur as well as a few cat-calls coming from the crowd. Sandra flipped the bird behind her as she walked up to size up her opponent. "So, you're Chuck Noriss's kid. Oh, Chuck. A bearded republican white action-hero star who gets teenage nerds to turn him into an Internet God before jizzing all over his cut-out poster in their bedrooms. How lovely." She took a fighting stance. "Let's see how well his son can fight."

Charge forward with what looks like a Haymaker, but fake-out and go for a sharp kick to the inside of Chuckie's right knee.
