I actually once forgot that I unplugged my router the previous night and when I woke up had no internet connection. I called the tech support, and the nice lady asked me if I had the router plugged in.
Sigh.
I ragequit after some war elephants attacked.I guess I didn't notice their civ being close, because I have barely 35 nagas and about 150k in wealth. And not much exported at all. And I have no defenses whatsoever other than retired war heroes in iron armor. Thanks to the never ending wars in worldgen at least most of the migrants have rudimentary military skills, so maybe we won't lose the fort. I'll find out later when I calm down and load the save and unpause
On the building side of things, I've found the magma sea some 50 levels below the surface and started planning the one time only magma pump system. I'll fill a small cistern and close and wall off and hopefully forget about the whole thing. I need my riverside to be clean for the other projects and can't have so many waterwheels. I've paved floors around the first pyramid to mark the construction zone, I'll start laying the blocks for the first level and then close off the curtain wall and transfer all traffic underground. I can't have those idiot kangaroos interrupting everything anymore.
That is, if we survive this. Well I know we will probably barely survive if I conscript everyone and tell them to swamp the elephants, although the losses could very well cripple our future defense efforts. 12 War elephants versus 35 nagas? We'll see I guess.
