Listen up: making a thing a ‼thing‼ doesn't make it more awesome or extreme.  It simply indicates the thing is on fire.  Get it right or look like a silly poser.

It's useful to keep a ‼torch‼ handy.

i had this a lot in older forts, maybe its no longer in, cant tell as i always make multiple kinds of drinks... but back in 40d if you had only dwarven wine sooner or later they will only drink water for some time

The claim that dwarves will refuse to drink if they only have one kind of booze has been proven false.  Dwarves will never, ever prefer water or dying of thirst to booze, even if they are drinking the same kind for decades.  They will get bad thoughts from 'drinking the same old booze', unless they have a special preference for that type of booze, but they will never stop drinking it if available.  As far as I can tell, this has always been the case, even in old versions.
