The Deitic Problem. - Illusions, ho!

Quote
"The gods are dead, this is not the problem. The problem is that everyone knows it."

So, how then did you, a lesser god (now just a lesser demigod), manage to survive? You could hardly be called very good at what you can do now, and the lack of people thinking that you are, well, not-dead, makes it a rather strenuous task to do anything with your powers. Ancient beasts have returned. Wars continue unabated and unintervened upon for the good of the future. The Skideathean Ruination has returned, the powers that util recently held them off and away from the planet dissipating. Wizardic folk are hunted for the knowledge they've retained in their books, in hope they have the secrets necessary to reactivate the numerous broken down, inactive, or rendered useless technological objects that had been kept in working order despite their age, rust, or level of complexity in exchange for helping Axonic, God of Mechanics, continue his experiments unabated. What do you do?

Yes, I copied that line from The Banner Saga's trailer. Thats what gave me the idea for this, after all. Anyway, you guys need to pick somethings for our demigod of the lesser kind.
Name: Did you expect anything else to be first?
Domain: Must fit the 'lesser' qualification. God of Thunder and Lightning, that could fit. Imitating Zeus does not. Doesn't matter what it is the domain is as long as it is not Mechanics, thats already been taken by Axonic and current deadness or not, theres still statues and such of him mentioning that he holds sway over mechanics, not you.
Gender: M/F/Both/Neither. We're a god (of sorts), we can add more genders if it makes us seem more interesting. (But only right now, unless we're the (rather underpowered compared to some other possibilities) lesser demigod of anatomy.)
Other thing: [Insert other notable things here] This is the optional section.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Name: Inebrietas
Domain Drunkeness
Gender: N/A we're a deity. We probably don't even have a body except when it's convenient to wear one. Divine entities routinely procreate with mountains and the sky and things. Identifying with one of two fixed genders seems silly.

How then did you, a lesser godmanage to survive?

We were passed out on the couch when all the other gods died. Still not quite sure what happened to them. Last thing remembered was a crazy awesome drunken foursome with Aphrodite, Bast and the pacific ocean...then sounds of snoring, and now everyone's gone. Kind of sad since we were looking forward to trying out that beer bong Hephaestus said he was working on. But hey...surely there are some mortals somewhere around here who still know how to party, right?

Name: Nixatur, the Shapeless
Domain: Illusion (doppelganger polymorph stuff)
Gender: Both/Neither (we morph into other forms or imitate someone else, and take on their forms.)
Other thing: As stated above, we are a doppelganger god, we can imitate their forms and assume their powers, albeit lesser than the original, or assume a unique form and determine our powers from there. Simply put, we are a jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none Megaman.

Gender: Male
How we survived: Hid in our huge vat of yogourt.
Other: Somehow both fat and thin.

So, Megaman the demigod? That could be interesting. Needs another vote to make it the more obvious winner, though.

Going with that, then.

Ah, yes, that was it. You used to be the lesser god of Illusions and Polymorph, helping Xek, God of Shadows or Alphloog, God of Theater and Performers. This is probably the town of Zan, if you remember your geography correctly. It is a fairly good town, with good stone walls, but a lack of anything to really make it stand out. The nearby hills reverberate with the roars of ancient beasts, but other than that everything seems fairly normal. Skideathea are nowhere in sight, at least not around here.

You have a dark, navy blue tunic, a black belt, and other dark-colored clothing, along with a toga in your pack on your back. There is a gold coin on the ground in front of you, sitting on the roots of an exceptionally large tree on the outskirts of Zan, just inside the walls. What shall you do?

Take the coin and merge it with the tree, so that all who look upon it shall no the glory of illusion! Every individual who looks upon the coin shall see a different face and be glad!

You don't have any other currency on you, though. That could cause a problem, since you can only make so many illusory coins (only up to about 4g, 1s worth, 4 gold 1 silver)with your complete lack of faith from the peoples. And they won't last very long for the same reason.

YOu could sell your toga, but its enchanted and could be more helpful than the gold, if you eventually remember what it did exactly.
