I am sure you have recieved the European Confederacy's letter, but i personelly think they are being too peacful, those outside our borders must have order brought to them. i do believe that you may have interests in north africa so is propose the following plan to split the medditeranian between us. I will take all of the Asian part of the Medditeranian as well as Cyprus, egypt and half of libya, and the lands south of those nations for a while, then you may take the rest of the medditeranian, how about it?

While we would have liked to have Egypt under our control, we see the cause for your demands. We will accept, and even give you all of Libya, if you comply to the following:

1. In addition to the claim on countries west of Libya, Italy has total control over their internal affairs and resources.

2. If a foreign country invades either one of our or your African territories, the other will comply with a Military Alliance join the fight.

If these terms are met, the Republic meets your demands.

Nope, don't worry about being rude. I just posted the turn, but I'll need the occasional kick in the ass reminder to work a bit faster. Also, I'd appreciate it if each nation would give me information regarding how the government works, title of the leader, and names of various advisors, it'd help me a bit when writing fluff for your turns.

You get what your income was plus any additions gained. The schools aren't exactly autocompleted, but they're rather close as you still have to establish some kind of education system.

It essencialy has The emperor/Caliph on top and underneath him is a council of people elected, and Caliph aproved, councelers who manage the territories and are his advisors, each territory has a council similar to that of the Imperial council, but with the Counceler of the Territory in charge and a smaller council underneath him made up of the city, towns and villages rulers. Council members showing a paticular skill in one area also become the Caliph's advisors in that particular area
