now that we have new interaction abilities, and we've had the multi-head body support in the case of hydras.

I think it's time that somebody created a megabeast chimera, just a small suggestion

I can imagine a bunch of  monks making a pilgrimage to a holy mountain, only to discover that it isn't there anymore.

I've actually played with modding a megabeast chimera.  I was just going with the one from greek mythology though, so it didn't have interactions aside from breathing fire.

Yes.  For the goat-head I just used a quadruped body plan with two heads since it's simpler, though in classical lore it's supposed to jut out from the back.
