They're in the pokedex, which you can found at the PTA site.

Assuming there are spots left, I can't decide to or to not. D:

A new system, and an unforgiving world kinda makes me hesitate. >.>

You will be fine. We can help you with the system, and there is no better way to learn than to lose a Pokemon or two! :)

I thought 'unforgiving' meant 'lose a character or two'. >.>

Could be that as well. But a given a choice a good GM will go for the killing blow on the Pokemon instead of the Trainer. Killing a Pokemon could force character development, killing a trainer clearly would not. Just don't do anything intentionally stupid, and you will likely survive long enough to reach the levels where death is unlikely.

...Course I can't speak for Haika, he might just get his jollies from making us write up new character sheets each week :)

I fear that I'll choose one of the so-called 'Timmy' options, the ones that are bad bad choices...

Uh... so ... it's the most recent version of P:TA 1.3?

Fake edit : Where's the pokedex? o_o Cannot find. ..

@Sky: Try this.

http://forums.pokemontabletop.com/site/

1.3 is the Handbook pdf revamp. You'll find the most current pokedex is 1.29.

We are quickly approaching our player limit. It seems we may have a few more than I originally planned, but it should make for interesting drama on my big evil.

Either way, I'm going to close new applicants here with Doom and Sky. Get your characters done guys, we may be starting quite soon.

Trying to make a character, and I looked at SC's and Dwarmin's sheets, and I realized there's (probably) a heck ton of classes that do stuff... D:

Also, confusing thing about the Trainer Level Chart on page 7 of the P:TA Player's Handbook 1.3: there seem to be two stats gained/feats gained ... one is 0-1-1-1-1-1, the other 0-1-2-3-4-5....?

Wait, I realized one must be cumulative and the other per level.

Ok, disregard.

Ok, everyone but Sky, Doom, and one potential Oots player are signed up to the Rpol game, and have character sheets. Make sure you have at least an image under your description there(preferably with a text description), and your character sheet in under character details. Once you have your description and character sheet into Rpol, post in the role call thread so I know you are all up to date.

If the Oots player doesn't pan out, with sky and doom, we have 11 PC's. Should be quite interesting considering a very important fact in the opening post that people have yet to pick up on. ^.^

Okay:

(1) What are these <class name> Features? Do I take them as feats, or do they just become available when I meet the prerequisites?
(2) Can you accept me in the game board, unless I need to have a character name?

Feats are basically skills, you get 2 with a class, and can choose basically one each level until like TL17.

You need a character before I can accept you on Rpol.

So these Class Features (like Ace Trainer) are feats?

And the two I get are the Base Feats, right?

Class features are classes. You use a feat point to take one with a level up. Then you get both base feats and adjust the stats according to the class. You have to have a class to take feats from it, if those feats are listed in that class.
