Can someone clear this up for me because I can't work it out. Do we not need dungeon masters to train exotics now? With the new training system can all animals be trained?

no need for DM, yes, pretty much eerything can be trained

exotic is now mainly a tag to keep some races from using them as mounts or pets and to make it harder to tame them. Exotics can be tamed and breed. Non tamed exotics will breed, pretty much anything that doesn't need a nest breeds now. It has been reported that gremlins or other things gave birth in caverns, without the player actually seeing there. the animal taming has been revised a bit, be sure to read the wiki
