A bunch of bug fixing (such as the stagnant water fix mentioned by Loud Whispers) and the stone drop rate change. Other then that, not much.

Traps now block wagon access, making them significantly less useful. Though I haven't seen confirmation that this was intended.

To elaborate, all stone drops 25% of the time, ores will provide you with 4 bars, and minerals that show up in small clusters (gems) will drop at a 100% rate.

Also, Hauling has been through a major change. If there's a lot of seeds laying around from your local science experiment, your dwarf will walk around with a bag and put the seeds inside of it.
