Miss Demeanor managed to beat some jerk who had all-purple equipment...by taking his pathetic hits and letting him exhaust himself. Probably not the most honorable of victories, but I'll take it.

Dude had twin daggers, each capable of dealing 75 damage per round, and the most he could do against Demeanor's armor was 29, which happened exactly once.
Well was he trying to bash with them? Or maybe his activity was set to 10, resulting in pathetic hits.

He was hitting very frequently, sometimes 3 times per round. He must have been at high activity.

Strength 74
Intellect 70
Agility 75
Stamina 63
Size 62
Presence 78
Chi 60

Good enough for a Rage in the long run... or no?  If not, I can always look into War.

For Rage, you mostly want Strength and Chi. 60 Chi is a little low.

Well with 75 agility it has a good start for a dual-wield rage. Just be sure to use blades and not hammers or maces. But I agree you need a lot more Chi and Stamina

Recently bought the now level 12 Reginald a new pal:

INGRID, WAR GLADIATOR!! A spite with most of her attributes in the 70 range. Cost me a pretty penny, but she seems to be worth it so far. Also, halfway to 30 trophies at the moment. Should have the other 15 before long, then I can finally upgrade my vault!

On a side note, it may just be the unusual nature of the attack making me notice it more, but my gladiators seem to be pretty fond of delivering ungodly damage to their opponent's behinds. Not that big a deal, I suppose. Damage is damage and all that. Though it does provoke some pretty odd mental imagery...

I just don't understand why my gladiators keep pounding things in the ass.

Its actually worth going for the Membership over the vault...

The membership costs 25 Trophies for 14days of,
Double Tokens each round.
Double Training Points.
100Max Energy for Tavern Work (which is all 20 contracts in one sitting)
20% - 40% increase in gold your stable earns each day.

This helps more then a second spot in your vault which I can say isn't really worth it when you just cycle things quickly...
The only thing extra space is good for is cycling Slaves, as the new one can't equip the gear the old had for a while...

My first gladiator is OP.
After losing her first few matches since I didn't know I was supposed to get gear for her,  I continued, and now I have a humongous winning streak. Like, I invariably win every match, usually by a lot.

Bought a new gladiator:

78-67-74-72-69-76-70 (Trug)

Pretty balanced in terms of stats, but the strength really sticks out for me. Decided I'd make him a 2-H Rage gladiator, but I'm not sure that was the best choice... D: Where are these people getting slaves with 90-95 size, anyways?

Regardless, he's only level 5 but he hits for ~150 damage every other round. Pretty decent considering he has crap equipment right now.
