Workshop Profiles

Workshop profiles: are they still broken? I want to assign a workshop to one dwarf in particular. I remember there being a bug which prevented this, but I can't remember if it was fixed. I'm having trouble. Can someone confirm, one way or another, that this problem exists?

You have to have a manager to setup workshop profiles, IIRC.  I never use the manager, so I wouldn't be able to answer you past that.   :-\
