Front-End GUI?

I just thought to ask if there was any utility, kinda like Dwarf Therapist or something, that would allow you to run and control the game with a better interface.

I like a lot of the game's menus, but they are all inconsistent. Take any unit list, for example. On the main nit list, they are sorted by profession, with Miners being on top, and Children/Babies on the bottom. This is not so for the unit list when adding Dwarves to a squad. These lists are also not searchable.

Dwarf Therapist helps very little, to me. I actually find it far less usable than the in-game interface for Dwarf management. I really only use it now to highlight specific names so I don't have to remember every Dwarven word.

I'd like to be able to manage dwarf labors, nobles and positions, create and manage squads (though not necessarily in-combat stuff; just putting them in the squads and managing uniforms and stuff), and, well, pretty much anything that doesn't require interacting with the map portion of the game.
