[I'm done for the night too. Got roof mailboxes in the morning. Whoever though that'd be a good idea needs to be shot.]

[Roof mailboxes? What the hell?

Also, clearly the solution to the cyberdorfs now is to close the gates. There's one on either side of the trade depot if I recall, so they'd be trapped inside.

P.S. I'm done napping, kinda.]

[to clarify before I fire up my trance music (it helps me sleep oddly enough.) Someone designed this condo complex's mailboxes into groups of 2-4 with a little roof. It's a fucking bitch after about 10 when the heat picks up.]

After Clockwork revealed himself, Zanzetkuken made his decision.  He jumped onto the chrome steed's back and rode it after clockwork.  When he got near, clockwork shouted at Eric.  Zanzetkuken crouched on the steed's back, dispelling the whispersilk cloak on the steed and disabling his active camo.  To those who were looking in his direction, it looked like he appeared out of thin air.  He summoned the sword of war and peace, and the sword of fire and ice in each of his hands, and as he drew even with clockwork, he jumped off, catching its hands just above the blades as they were coming down on Eric.  "That's what you would like," said Zanzetkuken to a suprised Clockwork as he (Zanzetkuken) threw clockwork back 5 yards with his blades as he landed.  "But I will prevent that."

...But clockwork is deep indoors. No one outside could possibly have seen him...

HugoLuman looked at the dead cyborg lying outside the gate. "Aw shit," he said. "A blatant reference to a TV show, made into an actual homicidal being? This could only be my handiwork."

Zanzetkuken was surprised for a second, then he realized what HugoLuman meant. "Oh, you mean the other you."

"Afraid so."

That cannot have happened unless one of us used an improbability drive. Bringing armok into things really is a literal Deus Ex Machina.

BTW, my previous post was referring to Zanzetkuken watching Clockwork Hugo from outside, even though he is inside the fort.

In a small world of illiterate peasants, the squirrel monsters are the only people who know how to write. In larger worlds/ ones with longer histories, there usually are many more books.

Hugoli ran after Eric. The damn fool had gotten ahead of him, so he didn't see where he went, but he assumed that Eric had headed towards the catwalk over the small magma reservoir in the smelting room. He had tried to bait one of his minions up there earlier, hadn't he?

Mk X Gizogin bot stepped away from the jet cube. He was nervous about touching it again now, as when he just did he heard something heavy fall outside after a burst of arcing electricity.
