Even the elves understand to send diplomats to attempt negotiations!) It's no wonder your dragons are not considered sentient under our laws at the moment (and thus why it is legal to consume their flesh.) If anything they've been acting like dirty animals.

I need to make one small correction to that.  He has lost one of his arms, both of his legs, and 2/3 of his mental capacity in the split-second travel through the blind eternities.
