"Are there any stones around here? Is anyone composed of stone here? I might be able to help you..."

Reudh says to any of the modified elves. He couldn't do anything to help the organically modified ones though.

HugoLuman carefully wrapped 2 of the books, the Healing and Grafting ones, in a bundle. The others could be burned, should be burned. He didn't want to put the grafting book into practice, he only wanted to find something out. He quickly went back downstairs, and found a kobold. "There is a cloth bundle in the highest room of the tower. Bring it back to base. If you do, you get a shiny. Tell no one, and touch nothing else in that room!"

Eric wanders out of his office for a quick snack and notices Indilwen and Saurinae in their room, Saurinae looking rather... Ill.
"Indilwen! You're back! What's wrong with Saurinae? What happened over there? How can I help?"

The scorpion elf scowled. "Everyone who wants to live, FOLLOW ME!"

About half of the modified elves left the room, and all of the unmodified ones. Remaining were the beehive head, the tree-elf, and an elf with stone eyeballs, as well as one elf with a sewn-shut mouth and nose.

Axe-handed elf wandered out of the tower in an adrenaline rush. It felt great to be alive! With these hands, he could be the best woodcutter ever! Something vaguely told him he shouldn't like cutting down trees, but he dismissed it. The future seemed so bright!

Then he wondered; who would I work for? Who would possibly buy all my lumber. He decided to think about it later. For now, he would chop down 15 trees! Oh what fun it seemed!

After several attempts, HugoLuman finally found a kobold competent enough to take the bundle back the the fort. Now he would be able to find the answers.

Corai, who had slipped back to the fort earlier, sat in his room.

"Today has been.....fun." He said to a spear in the room. It had been there for several days and he decided to keep it there.  "Apparently I am right next to Joykill, maybe I could cause some chaos before he comes back...Nah, its not fun if its not fair!"

Eric, having only gleaned moderately useful information from Indilwen, leaves and finds Corai lurking in his room, talking to a spear in the corner like he was stoned out of his mind.

"Corai? What the hell is going on? Did everybody make it out? Did you use the escape tunnel? Did the collapsing rock walls work to cover your escape? What's up with the tower now? Indilwen only wants to talk about Saurinae and being held captive, and seemed kinda pissed at you, but nothing about the state of affairs with the tower."

Super Plump Helmet Man looked around the basement. The staircase just seemed to go lower, and lower. Finally, when he judged to be about 6 floors underground, there was a bottom.

He looked into the wide room. It was very big, stretching into the darkness until the wall was almost pitch dark, about 60 feet away. In a near corner, he sighted a large figure, barely visible, struggling. He decided he should tell someone about this.

ninja'd! Seems Corai is finally getting PTSD
