"I only wish to show you how finely they are treated," said the master.
They made their way across the chamber of feasting, drinking, and tripping elves. At the other side they came to a steep spiral stair, which they climbed. Scorpions scurried across the walls. HugoLuman turned to his friends. "This is a bit creepier than I thought it would be," he whispered.
At the top of the stairs, they came into another hallway. This one had a long carpet of sewn together pelts. Parts of it were painted with dye to form a crude runic pattern. Many doors lined the sides. "These are the bedrooms where my children sleep. There are more rooms on the floor below and two of the ones above. Of course, I will not bore you with those. Come, this way. The next stairs are through the kitchen."

The rooms are adequate.  There are Me, You, Hugo, Weird, Maectur, Corai, stormtemplar, Reudh, gizogen, Saurinae and his wife, Split, Kofthefens, Super Plump Helmet Man, and twelve kobolds according to the first page, with later additions.  So, I am only off by two to three rooms.  I haven't seen any migrants yet, so where did you get 45 short?

They turned down the corner at the end of the hall, and came into another large room. At first they saw what looked like a normal kitchen. Then they saw the walls. Stormtemplar wretched, barely holding back vomit.
The master gestured towards the wall. "Here is my meat allotment!" it proclaimed proudly. On one of the walls were many things. People things. People, spread-eagled, and on the wall. Vines and bands of rope bound them tightly to the wall, and some of them seemed to be attached by their back skin being welded to the bricks. There were dwarves, humans, and goblins there, and they were on various places all up the wall. Some were even on the ceiling.
Elven attendants scurried about each of them. Some of them seemed to have various limbs stripped to the bone. These had puke-green liquid poured on them with watering cans, and the tissue seemed to be quickly growing back over the bones. Others were having strips of their flesh cut off with knives. All of them had a blissful, oblivious expression on their faces. All seemed fully conscious.
A dwarf looked at HugoLuman. "This be a fine mountain-hall, eh?" he said, vibrantly. "Come, share some of me grog!" He waved his hand, bound at the wrist, obviously believing it to be free and holding a large pint.
The master looked at the visitors. "These are lost souls who wandered through, but decided to stay. I led them to enlightenment. As you can see, they have achieved union between pain and pleasure, and are at ultimate peace. Before they came here, they were on pointless paths to find monsters or other such nonsense, sent out by kings to die for their amusement. I let them know of the futility of this 'adventuring,' and now they are truly happy. Their rich flesh also sustains my children! We know many great recipes for fine eating. Of course, we never eat kobolds. They are too sacred."

Corai gaped at the ceiling. The other two kobolds had passed out from fright. On the ceiling were goblins, bound with vines, and with chunks of flesh missing. And they were alive.

At last they came to the top floor, the group all walking numbly with horror. The master looked into the dining hall, and let out an inhuman wail. "I apologize greatly my lords! I must punish myself for this!"

Suddenly, from a place the others could not see, the master withdrew a large scourge

You quoted the wrong post. :P

"You know there are 45 other surviving dwarves and an extra dozen kobolds. I know they're not here yet, but you damn well better pray I don't stuff Urist and Athel in your room when they show up and have nowhere to sleep." *shakes fist*

Returning to the designating station, conveniently located in room #x [where x=anything that is otherwise unclaimed], begins muttering, "Now where will the support columns go... We need a system to knock out supporting structures closer to the surface to avoid letting the nutcase know that we're dropping his  ugly little tower in an artificial sinkhole... I suppose we could just make a cavern underneath and wait for gravity to take it's course. Funny how cave-ins occur under natural conditions when inside this game. Cog, has the exploratory team returned with news about the breadth of the structure's foundation and underground expanse? It may be time to start designating specifics."

Kobolds began to cower and shrink underneath the tables, Corai stood there, paralyzed.

"What......the......FUCK." He said after several minutes of silence.

"Okay, thats wrong, Freeble, Azren, help me cut them down!" he said, throwing a spear up, slicing a vine, causing a goblin to fall.

Corai ran over and shook it, and asked it what the hell is happening.

"Its alright, holy one.......its wonderful....." it said. Corai fell over, passed out.

The master flew to an open door, presumably the throne room, and slammed it. From inside the group could hear sounds of a whip hitting flesh. This went on for several minutes, with inhuman sounding cries of pain coming from within. Then the figure emerged once more. Black blood oozed from cuts in the pelt robe. "I apologize. It seems some of the kobolds are... not alright."

You try that, the dragon attacks you.

Besides, all it takes is a little more digging when they arrive.  They can survive in the dining hall.

HugoLuman looked into the dining room. There were several kobolds, unconscious. A mutilated goblin lay on top of the table, gently rolling around. "This is the best pre-seige party ever!" he proclaimed."

"Well, if you don't feel hungry now, allow you to show you to the extensive wine cellars and plant gardens. I feel proud of our very extensive cellars, in immitation of that glorious mountain home in the sky."

Eric, the tower is a mile a way. That is a helluva lot of digging.
